We stayed in the two bedroom suite for dockside, the room was very spacious which gave us alot of room for our luggage without feeling cramped. all the staff from the front desk to the employees in pier 8 and house keeping were extremely nice and accommodating. we were in tower 1 so we parked in the parking garage that is just a very short walk to the elevators to our floor so it didn't take long at all to be able to access anything we left in the vehicle. the only downside I found to the hotel is Dockside and Surfside combine their busses so they seemed to always be filled to the brim whenever we went to use them, but it makes since because the hotels are right across from each other and saves time for guests having to wait for their particular bus to show.

Attention Celiac/ Gluten Free friends! This place was amazing with handling my allergy. There was so many food options and they took all the precautions. Everyone was knowledgeable about how to properly prepare my food. The resort was beautiful and well kept! Highly recommend!

The rooms are so clean and nice. And a clean room is a top priority to me. My kids are thrilled. The eating area in the room is great. They stock you with some utensils and condiments. There’s a Starbucks downstairs which is so convenient. We are in a two bedroom suite. Great size. We had a few incidents. 1.We went to the arcade. Loaded our card, played one game and the card stopped working. The front desk did help us by refilling our card. 2.I would bring your own blanket. The blankets here are like big hard towels. Extremely uncomfortable. Not cozy or warm. 3. The fridge was broken it took two guys to come fix it. And our food spoiled overnight. 4. I guess whoever stayed in the room before us set the alarm. But it went off at 5am. My kids woke up and didn’t go back to sleep. So that made the day difficult with three cranky kids. 5.It’s also too cold for the pool to be open, not universals fault obviously. But unfortunate. The vibes of the hotel are fun. The theme is cute. They try and help. But there were some things that made it uncomfortable to stay where they could improve.

We had an issue checking in that was completely my fault. Carlos, Isabel and Jonathan were WONDERFUL and helped us get checked in. Already outstanding customer service, right from the beginning. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and looks updated. We are staying in a two-bedroom suite, and it’s spacious and comfortable for our large family. The buses seem to be moving quickly and efficiently. Will definitely return!

The suites are very spacious and very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You do have to pay for parking at the resort. The noise level at Tower 2 isn't bad at all. I've seen some of the reviews complaining about noise, don't know which Tower they were staying at. They have shuttles that will run you to Universal, City Walk, Volcano Bay , and Epic Universe . Which is very nice ! The food at the hotel is very good but pricey , but it is a resort . I would definitely stay here again.

We really liked this resort and enjoyed our stay. It’s close to Universal and offers free shuttle buses to the parks. The on-site restaurant was great, we ate there several times for dinner, and the coffee in the dining room was good as well. The pool area looked very nice, but it was closed due to cold weather, so we didn’t get a chance to use it. We stayed in a two-room suite that was clean, had a minimalist vibe, and while a bit small, had everything we needed. Overall, we loved the atmosphere. It was lively with lots of families and had a fun feel that worked perfectly for a theme park trip. The staff and amenities made everything easy and enjoyable. From eating meals there to using the shuttle, it really felt like a stress free stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for the price. Nice clean comfy room. Room does not have a microwave like I expected. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food court has tons of options and healthy items as well. Shuttle bus to parks is quick and great. I'll never drive and park at the parks ever again. However I did have to pay for my car to be parked at the hotel which was a separate charge when I arrived that I didn't know about. Pool area is very nice but less than 4ft deep which was disappointing to my teens. I would stay here again.

This was my first time at Universal Studios so my first time at this hotel. It was great, check in was quick and informative. There is a market, starbucks, bar and souvenir shop in the lobby of this hotel. The rooms were clean and definitely gave the vibe of a beach shack. There is a shuttle bus right outside that takes you right to the parks and you're there in less than 10 mins once on the bus. I would definitely stay here again!
